General Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders will be delivered within 3-10 business days from the date the order is processed. An email with the tracking information will be sent at the time of shipment. For express shipping, please CONTACT US to get a quote.

Order tracking

Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed. If you created an account on our site you will also be able to login to view tracking information as well as your account information, address book, order history and wish list. You can use the shipment tracking number on www.usps.com


The Fabric Society will accept returns within 30 days of original order date. Any fabric cut, washed or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.

Shipping costs for returns are at the expense of the customer. To ensure reception of your return package, we recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent without a tracking number.

Please CONTACT US to arrange a return number. Authorized returns will be refunded within 7-10 business days upon reception in our warehouse.

How do you ship?

The Fabric Society ships via Unites States Postal Service Priority Mail. Should you wish to receive express shipping, please CONTACT US.

How can I track my order?

After an order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can go onto www.usps.com and track your package in the top right hand corner.

Can I order samples?

The Fabric Society does not currently offer samples or swatches. Please consult our Returns policy, to see if and/or how you can return a piece of fabric you ordered.

Can the fabric I purchased be used for children’s sleepwear?

The Fabric Society does not receive testing results from suppliers on the fabrication of its products. We recommend not using any fabrics purchased through our store to make children’s sleepwear.

How do I cancel or modify an order?

Your order can be cancelled or modified up until the order is processed. If you make a mistake or wish to cancel, please CONTACT US right away. We cannot guarantee any cancellations or modifications, but will do our best to assist you in any way.

The Fabric Society accepts payment from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well we process credit card payments through PayPal.
